Transport Data
Departure:
– Leaving Kachidoki at 4pm
– Estimating about 5.5 hours on the road.
Driver: Mike Conner, Momoko Onodera
Backup Driver: James Barrett
Yunuki:
– Arriving at Yunuki Temporary Housing Community between 10 and 11 Saturday night.
– Sunday morning 9am we start preparing for the cookout.
– We are expected to have minimum of 4 volunteers to help prep food total 15 volunteers.
– The main grill will be outside in front of the community center in front of the RJ
Tent.
– All other cooking grills (portable gas can powered) are inside
– Cook out start at 12:00 Noon and will extend until 4pm.
– Expected attendance is about 100.
– Around 3:45pm we will start cleaning up.
Medical: It is Rescue Japan policy to carry a Medical Emergency kit when traveling into
Tohoku. This kit will be on-board the SUV by departure.
